In partnership with a world-class cryogenic engineering partner from Germany, our Chumphon (Gulf of Thailand) infrastructure is designed to be "hydrogen-ready," ready for the immediate transition from liquefied natural gas (LNG) to liquid hydrogen (LH2) when the global market is ready.A.Unified Cryogenic Architecture
Thanks to the ingenuity of German engineering, GBI's gas storage and pipeline systems are designed to withstand two levels of cryogenic conditions:
- Current Phase: Capable of storing and transporting LNG/LPG at temperatures of -162°C to generate revenue and meet Asia's current energy needs.
- Future Transition (LH2 Ready): The infrastructure is prepared to accommodate upgrades to smart valves and vacuum-insulated piping to handle extremely low temperatures of liquid hydrogen, down to -253°C, without dismantling the main onshore structures.

B.Double Eco-Synergy: LNG & LH2 Cold Energy Utilization
We transform "waste cold air" from the regasification process into an asset with economic and environmental value:
- Zero-Waste Cooling for Data Centers: The system will draw negative cooling energy from LNG and liquid hydrogen, passing it through high-pressure heat exchangers to produce chilled water for cooling the project's green Hyperscale Data Center.
- 50% Energy Reduction: This innovation reduces electricity consumption in the data center's air conditioning system by up to 50% and achieves the lowest Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) in the region, breaking the limitations of conventional data centers.
