GBI is revolutionizing infrastructure management by leveraging Digital Twin technology and AI-Driven Operations as the core of centralized control of the entire ecosystem in Zone C (Hyperscale Data Center), aiming for zero-error operations.

A.Digital Twin: The Virtual Mirror

We created a "digital twin," a virtual model of the entire infrastructure—including oil depots, pipelines, shipyards, and power plants—into a real-time computer system.:

  • Predictive Maintenance: The system analyzes data from tens of thousands of sensors to predict equipment wear and tear in advance, allowing for preventative maintenance before breakdowns occur (preventive over reactive) and reducing the risk of business downtime.
  • Crisis Simulation: We use Digital Twins to simulate crisis scenarios, such as severe storms or unforeseen events, to train our operations teams and find the fastest and safest possible response methods in the virtual world before a real event occurs.


B.AI-Driven Smart Logistics

  • Automated Flow Control: Artificial intelligence (AI) will be used to control the flow of oil and gas in pipeline systems and manage berth planning for cargo ships to reduce congestion and maximize cargo transshipment efficiency.
  • Energy Optimization: AI will help calculate and adjust energy usage within the project from power plants in Zone A to match actual demand at different times, helping to reduce energy waste and carbon emissions.

C.Centralized Command Center

  • Real-time Visualization: All data from all zones (A, B, C, D) is sent back to the central command center for processing, allowing executives and operations teams to see a comprehensive overview of the project through an intelligent dashboard.
  • Cyber-Physical Security: Integrating physical security (CCTV, drone) and cybersecurity to protect strategic data and project assets from all forms of threats.
